i have no idea what to shoot for in my first meet on tuesday. Last week I did a workout consisting of 3 400's with 400 rest and 12 200's with 200 rest and 3 more 400's. i did first 400's in sub 80, all 200's sub 35, final 400's in 75, 70, and 67. I also did 18 300's with 100 m rest. all under 59 seconds. Can someone help me predict my times for the 1600 and 3200? thank you
