I ran a workout of 5 400s with 400 recovery (about 2 mins) and was wondering what you guys think i can do in the 1600.

The second and third one I was running on my own, and It was about 36 degrees and kind of windy. It was a decent effort but deffinalty not full out and i'm not sore at all right now. Also junior in highschool.
