Just wondering if anyone could give me some ideas of training during track season. I have done 60mpw to build up for the season but Im unsure of what kinds of workouts I should do. My coach is a sprint coach and last year he just had us do whatever he threw together but I really want to do good this season and Im wondering if I should keep my mileage the same during the season with suplemental running outside of practice or should I bring my mileage down? Any advice would be appreciated. If you could give me a sample week I would appreciate it. Thanks
