i woke up last monday and was sick, did a workout and it got worse. i took off tuesday, wednesday, thursday; did a workout friday=felt worse, took off yesterday and took off today.
So I've taken off 5/7 days this week, catch is i have state qualifiers on wednesday. i am feeling better today (still didn't want to run because every other time i ran when i was feeling better i got worse). so if I feel better on wednesday ( i.e.; not sick anymore) would taken all of these days off affect me (will my body be dead from fighting the sickness?). i was in ~1:56 shape before i got sick and i really need to be able to duplicate that because any slower i won't make it.
