Taking off today because i had my last meet yesterday.
awesome trail run today, took off yesterday because of work. went about 50 minutes on some cool trails, fairly moderate pace, had no watch though
Nobody Cares. Except you maybe.
I am going to keep this up. I want to see what letsrun thinks of my training and what i can improve on.
In three days you have taken two off. This is why you are aiming for a 4:45 and not a 4:25. You take days off because you are sick or hurt, not because you had a race or work.
well, I was taking a little time off after spring, no? i was going easy this week instead of taking off. Should i keep up my training? this is why i made this thread
after winter i mean..
If you want to get the most out of yourself, train year round. Between illness, injury, and unexpected occurrences, you will have plenty of days off each year. Especially between indoor and outdoor, don't take a break.
