No. If you made Footlocker you're a stud, case closed.
There's about 30 kids a year who make footlocker and don't turn out to be studs in college.
yeah, multiple FL guys in the past 8 years (appx 20) went to NCstate. a notable class would include one in which Bobby's brother along with 3 more FL qualifiers all DNF'd there collegiate careers
Here's my theory on NC State
They get a lot of guys in each year, as they put an emphasis on distance track-wise (though they are making moves to be a full program) So, you have a bunch of 18 year-olds who were successful in high school come in to compete with the 15 or so guys that are already there. You aren't going to get your hand held, and awkward college freshman on a successful team of veterans oftentimes need their hands held and butts wiped.
Notice that they've done much better the last few years since Geiger switched to just coaching men, and he has enough assistants to keep track of everyone. I think it is commendable that he could change things up when he realized there were issues after doing things the same way for thirty years or so.
Bobby established his stud-muffin credentials when he won Ultimate Runner, and I think he was the only one that smoked DeBole.
Hell yea Bobby Mack is a stud! He busts his ass and it shows! Don't hate
Damn straight, Baker! Preach!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
