Alright so heres the thing i'm a junior in highschool right now and we don't have a coach for indoor so i need some help. I'm thinking i should up the mileage because among my teammates during workouts lately i am almost keeping the almost the same distance from them in 300(4-5 secs ahead) and 1200(5-7 secs ahead) workouts. lately we have been doing about 20-25 miles a week. During track outdoor last year we averaged about 15-20 miles a week and i ended up running a 2:07 800 and a 5:05 mile. So what do you guys think i should do? up it to 30? 40?
