So I had my rustbuster about 4-5 weeks ago running a 4:27. I have my next race in 2 weeks. Is that too long in between races to see improvement?
FYI i was running about 55 miles that week and will be at 65 the week of the race. Also, the race field will include high school semi-elites looking for good times (fastest runner in heats PR: 4:18)
