their head coach would be familiar to some: Frank Gagliano.
They train at Rutgers.
I have no idea what the bennies are. Either of these organizations would be able to give a serious answer.
There was a Nike sponsored jumper in town last year. Job at the local high school, volunteer assistant coach at the university (get free access to all the training facilities), probably set up with the local network to get all the things you mention for cheap, but probably not free. I think she's taking time off from work or working part-time for the run-up to the Olympics.
