I received and e-mail from Columbia saying I didn't get an interview....it is a good thing I didn't get one since I didn't even apply.....WTF??? I think I might have applied for the job 3 or 4 years ago when it was posted?

The exact same thing happened to me, so I checked to see when I had applied and it was the summer of 2009. I actually emailed to tell them, because it seemed like a huge error on their part, and they said they were doing maintenance on the server and clearing out old searches, and that I shouldn't have received that email (duh).

My boy got a letter saying he was a "semi-finalist". I have no idea what that means but he's semi-interested based on the info provided.
Ed Bethea will be taking over at Ohio State. He has some distance scholarships left over thus it should be easy to find a distance Coach.

Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
