...on 6 singles a week? Any thoughts?
Say a person runs Monday through Saturday, what's the most you would ever recommend? I figure I could hit 140 but doing the following:
M 18 easy, hilly run
T 22 4 warmup + sets of 2 mile repeats or long tempo run + 4 warmdown
W 24 easy semi-long run
T 18 easy, hilly run
F 22 4 warmup + sets of 3 mile repeats + 4 warmdown
S 28 long run
S Off
