There is not enough to go on here. Wisconsin ran in a group - all five finished within 0.1 seconds - and were in a lead group through 6km (with Brice with them as well) and then a few guys in front while running with the top 3 Indiana guys through at least 8km. .They did not need to run any faster. Wisconsin has been easily able to handle Forys (3rd) and the top 3 Indiana guys.
For another metric, Mead was first ahead of all the OK OSU guys and only fourth at Big Tens. Basically, Wisconsin could have put their top three with/in front of Mead and their next two right behind, so well ahead of whoever is #5 for OSU. I like OK's depth!
