Looking for some advice here. I'm going to use the Daniels 1500-3000 training plan for my HS runners this year. Here's the question; I have 12 weeks to work with (including the week of sectionals). How should I break the 12 weeks up if I start in phase II?
For ex: 4 weeks each in Phase II, III, and IV? Or some other variation.
I'm pretty new at this, so i'm looking for constructive feedback.
