I know of this guy named Ryan who was nationally recognized for running a mile 30 seconds faster than you and he gets dusted when his competitors click off a 4:30 mile in, for example, the Chicago Marathon in 2011. If you want to run 12-13 minutes slower than him in the marathon, I wonder how 30 seconds per fastest mile difference will play out.
30 seconds per mile X 26.2 miles = 13 minutes
If this Ryan guy can run 2:07, then you can run 2:20 if my logic works (which it might not).
