I was out with a broken toe for 6 weeks and 3 days. I just got the go ahead from an orthopedic specialist that i can start running at full strength. The trainer at my college said i would have to take it really slow and wouldn't get over 30mpw until January... does this seem a little crazy? i feel no pain in my toe now. i was doing 70+ mpw before the injury and was aqua jogging and biking 6-7 times a week during my time off running.
