As my daughter runs CC, I've seen lots of cross country meets this year, none better than Tsehaye Hiluf who has run 15:05 and then 15:13 this past weekend. Who else is out there?

You go to the Eisenhart, FP? Pretty fast course there... but Hiluf looked awfully strong.

Your runner is on the 'honorable mention' list but plenty of time to move up the rankings.

Yes...was at the Eisenhart...both of my kids ran in races there that day, and I worked the finish line.

Cool. Thanks for the links.
Ahmed Bile, Sean McGorty and Adam Visokay from VA?
Sophie Chase, Hannah Lowery, Crystal Nelson and Nicole Carter?
All VA runners.
1) Cheserek
2) Futsum
3) Someone else.
Cheserek could definitely receive some consideration for being one of the best HSXC runners in history, especially after taking down Homdel and Manhattan CRs in back to back weeks
Throw Brian O'Loughlin(VA) in the mix as well...has run 15:20, on the heels of the defending VA AAA 3200 meter champ (Visokay). Bile is good, but is going to have some company come November.

East Coast bias.

Come on, he ran 4:02 and 8:42i as a junior-aged soph.

Yes, you should check the Dyestat/ESPN Rise rankings and message board, where the information-content-to-bullcrap-ratio is approximately 100 times better than this board.

I'm not sure there is that much of a gap between Futsum and Tony Somaragiewicz... unfortunately, we won't really have a good idea for another month or so at the earliest, though (and probably not until FLMW, to be honest).
For the men
1. Eddie (The Game)Cheserek-
2. Futsum Zeinasellassie -
3. Tony Smoragiewicz-
4. Andrew “the” Gardner-
5. Thomas “the professor” Graham
6. Ahmed Bile-
7. Anthony Armstrong-
8. Darren Fahy-
9. Jacob Burchman-
10. Dallin Farnsworth-
For the Women
1. Haley Pierce
2. Molly Seidel
3. Cami Chapus
4. Maddie Meyers
5. Abbey Leonardi
6. Carrie Verndon
7. Christie Rutledge
8. Megan Moye
9. Samantha Nadel
10. Rebecca Mehra

More like this:
1) Amy-Eloise Neale
2) Erin Finn
3) Jillian Fanning
4) Molly Seidel
5) Julie Macedo
6) Cami Chapus
7) Carrie Verdon
8) Katie Knight
9) Wesley Frazier
10) Haley Pierce
Right now at least...
