Actually, it was waaayyy better than I expected.

Ryan carries quite a bit of muscle in his delts and his height, surprisingly thick bone/joint structure make his legs look more muscular than, say, "Bones" Jones.

Looks like he could use some glute activation work.

All in all, runners came out ok for once.
