Was wondering what stock everybody here gave to XCNation's National High School Rankings? Are they the new benchmark that teams are judged on?

Does Mark Bloom still give his Harrier rankings?

Yes.
XCNation is definitely not the benchmark for rankings. I don't trust anything by them. Mr. Taylor is often too concerned with who really can keep high school records and who's really American. He even proposed that some of Lukas' records not be considered at one point. Also, he's not happy with Edward Cheserek either. In addition, he has a history of creating crazy events that no one cares about. Go with Marc Bloom or the rankings on Dyestat. Watchout is pretty in the know.
I am a fan of Rob Monroe and his "Fab 50" published on Dyestat. While Dyestat has gone downhill the last couple years, Rob's rankings are very thorough and objective.
Rankings, smankings, with both NXN and Foot Locker, it's all decided on the course at the end of the season.
