So basically i had a race on Saturday and I have been extremely sore since. It's my fault because I did not do a proper cool down but i have never been this sore before. I can still run pretty normally but it is very uncomfortable. I had to run 10 miles on sunday which i did at a moderate pace and a hard track workout today which isnt exactly helping.
MY QUESTION IS: I have been icing a little but it hasn't helped much..should i try some heat therapy now or continue to ice and hope it gets better? I have heard Epsom salt helps also..please give me any suggestion you have in reducing soreness!!!!!!
