My hip is pretty messed up and I now have the opportunity to train on an Alter G Treadmill. Not really sure how I'm spossed to train on it, so answers to these questions and other advice would be greatly appreciated.
1. How do I get the same cardio benefit in my runs? I heard is was something like you need to go 0.6 MPH faster for every 10% you are below your normal body weight. Any truth to this?
2. Can I do as much as I normally do?
3. How do I eventually ramp up the body percent i'm running on?
4. What if there's a little pain?
5. What about my faster stuff? The fastest it can go it 5 flat pace, but a lot of my intervel stuff is faster than this. Should I just focus on manataining what I have aerobically by just doing long runs and tempos?
