Hyperspeeds.
Kinvara or Minimus trail. best imo, or anything without too much support.

Kinvara is wide in the forefoot. It's a good shoe.
The Nike streak series is very narrow.
The Nike Free 3.0, not sure if it has come up, but I think it's the greatest shoe of all time.
Do you use the 3.0s for everyday training? With how much mileage?

60 mpw is not high mileage
did you miss the memo!? 60 is high these days! 60-80 is what coach cook does with rowbury and manzano!
The days of 90 to over 100 mile weeks is long gone!
Do some plyos and bikram yoga and 60 mile weeks when your body is ready for it. Plyos times weekly, bikram, 6 times weekly and 60 miles!
you can thank me later!
get some Recoverite too! strawberry is great!
Kinvara is the way to go. Great shoe.
The Kinvara sucks... real runners don't wear that shoe.
Have worn just about every Nike racing flat there is and I'm not a fan of the new Lunar Racers. I liked the Lunar Racer 2 as a trainer, but not the Lunar Racer 3. Currently my favorite is the Lunar Racer Vengeance, which ironically was created as a fashion shoe. It has a lunarlon midsole as opposed to a lunarlite midsole, so it's slightly heavier. It has the same outsole as the Lunar Racer 1 and 3. The Lunar Racer 2 had a more substantial outsole.

Both the Lunar Racer 1 and 3 blistered the hell out of my achilles tendons. The 2 didn't and the Vengeance really doesn't as much.
I have VERY narrow feet and these all fit pretty well on me for width, so they run narrow.
I can tell you that the Kinvaras run wider, as the girlfriend wears those and she is much more of a minimalist than I aspire to be. I was a big fan of the Nike Zoom Elites and I have had decent success with the Lunar Fly.
My favorite marathon racing flat is the Nike Speed Lite ST3, which is unfortunately only available in Asian markets. For anything half marathon and under the Lunar Spider R flat is the way to go. I just don't think they're well cushioned enough for a marathon for me (6'1" /160 lbs).

I agree. Do all my training in them. My mileage ranges from 40 and 60 mpw. I'm sure I'd have no trouble using them for higher mileage.
I've also tried the Kinvaras and some lightweight Asics racing/training flats I brought back from Japan.
The Kinvaras are too narrow across the forefoot for me, and the Asics, while very nice, are just a bit too mushy compared with the Frees.
The Frees give me the perfect combination of firmness and flexibility. And they last forever.
