Okay, so I've had this same pair of mizunos since march. I have been putting in 40-50 MPW, and have logged over 140 miles since June 5th.

that's the shoe, not mine, but its strikingly similar in appearance as well as ware and tear.
I have recently started to get pain in my ankles, knees, and the tendon, not necessarily injuries, but uncomfortable none the less, and i'm wondering if it's time to get a new pair of trainers.
If so, what would you recommend for a distance runner who runs 10ks, 5ks, runs of 80 minutes and tempo/easy/fartlek runs 6 days a week. I Tend to pronate outwards when i run, and my form isn't terrific. I am looking for a good priced pair of shoes that will get me through the summer and hopefully the fall. I don't really have an opinion on what brand i am looking for, but would prefer to stay away from new balance.
