I have not run for 4 weeks straight due to injury. Took 10 days off completely, and have been cross-training in the pool consistently 60-90 minutes per day since then. I was in great shape prior to this, I have come to terms with my season being over, but our team has a big meet this weekend, and I'm thinking about giving it a go because it would be my last race ever...
What can I seriously expect to run considering the time off??
I ran 16:15 for 5k 5 weeks ago (1 week before I got injured)
