wow thats a pretty solid workout, i don't know what you could run off that but i'd like to do a work out like that some day.

i'm being honest...looking for some real honst answers, not just bullshit answers. I think lots of guys in college do simliar types of workouts and if so what did they end up running. I also did this with another team mate, so no its not made up.
