Anyone have any success with compression socks for achilles tendonitis? If so, what models/brands did you use? Full socks or sleeves?

Not really. Maybe it helps your bloodflow if you don't buy ones that are too tight (in which case they actually restrict it). An Achilles injury is typically due to asking your body to make more of a range of motion than you were capable of doing at the time for one reason or another. Wearing a sock doesn't address that.
Never heard of Compression socks made for Achilles Tendinitis. However, I am currently using the product linked below and I went from not being able to run 3 miles to running 8 without any issues. It works wonders if you have Achilles Tendinitis.

If you are looking at dropping $50/60 on compression socks, I would spend the couple extra bucks and get a trigger point starter pack ($70). It's like a take-home deep tissue massage/ART session whenever you need it and will release a lot of the calf tension that is causing your pain. Well worth the money.
I am a big fan of the full length cep compression socks. Ive found that my achilles hurts a lot less when i walk around in them.
Also I wear the socks just for recovery. For running i wear the silipos achilles heel pad. I highly recommend that if your achilles is irritated by your running shoe.
My issue is not full blow blown achilles tendonitis, just some pain. I was curious if compression socks would help during runs with this issue.
