Just stumbled upon this 2005 thread on this very topic -- "best running gloves for winter-Raynauds" -- which you may find helpful:

Oh yeah, another thing that seems to help is to keep my wrists warmer. I have a cery cheap pair of arm warmers that I will just push down and bunch up on my wrists.
Reynaud's is a huge nuisance because otherwise I am pretty good in the cold, so I am often looking like a moron with socks on my hands when I am shirtless, in short sleeves, or a singlet. I often wear something on my hands for the first 10 minutes in the house on my treadmill when my house is in the low 60's even when I am shirtless with the fan on. It has nothing to do with "feeling cold", it is just a reaction, your blood vessels just restrict when they contact cold. And when they warm back up, the white parts get even whiter - a deathly pale, while the other parts are bright red and then they briefly turn purple before returning to normal. Just holding a can of soda will make it happen even in the summer.

Your body is diverting blood away from your hands to keep your vital organs warm.
I use $1 gloves from any discount store, but it doesn't get that cold here anyway.
I'd go with the ski gloves, and make sure you are keeping your body and arms warm. If your arms are cold, it will be difficult to keep your hands warm. So you need to keep your arms warm, from your torso all the way down to your hands.
