...140 and did so for a month, 'back in the day' while in college. 30 years, later still compete in the 50+ age group! Soon to be in a 'new age-group' of 55+!

How many doubles were you guys doing a week when you were around 70-80 miles? Out of curiosity... and how did you split the miles up on the day that you did double?

105 while marathon training. Doubling and making every "quality" day at least 18+ miles really helps. If I didn't have a full-time job, I could probably do 120+ but what's the point? I'm barely above average.

Over two years later, and I finally set a new weekly high, 51.5 last week. I get too sore running 7 days a week and I still haven't done a double. -
HS Freshman, 91.2 in the last 7 days...I love running :D
