Female, 22 years old... hit 100 once.
Wondering what's the most mileage you've ever run in a week? I'm sure there's some that have done 130-140 on these boards?
Would you say if your body can handle it, it's beneficial to run that much while training for a marathon?

133 in a week.
I feel it depends on a persons running background and marathon experience to determine if running that much would be beneficial. -

I was on a roll of good mileage and was due to end base, so I did 185 to hit a marathon per day. Took two weeks to recover... -

125 (14=14+16+16+24+19+22), while training for a marathon. Yes, it was VERY beneficial, as were the hills, weight training and sleep...

I know someone who drove 10,000 miles in a week. Still not as impressive as Malmo's numbers.
