i use a Garmin and my net elevation change is usually 10-60meters when I start and stop in roughly same place. close enough,
you run on a track with a Garmin you get the same type of crap

Now see I understand you climbing that many feet but how did you change elevation and run on a treadmill at the same time?
The machine told me that you idiot. Just like the eliptical has been telling me I have been running half marathons in 58 minutes!!

Care to explain how one can change elevation on a treadmill? Never seen a treadmill go anywhere.

It's hard enough to run 370' uphill, why would you carry a treadmill while attempting this? Those things are heavy.
You just blew my mind.

How's that work? No, there were no elevators, cliffs, or ropes involved.

Can an airplane take off from a treadmill?
I had the treadmill on 12% today for 72 minutes. The machine told me I gained over 3700 ft elevation when I really only gained about a foot from the back to the front.
It was still really hard running regardless.

My guess was that you started in front of a really tall tree and climbed the tree at the end.
