How fast do you run recovery runs? and what is you miles per week and 5k PR?
7:00-7:30 (Below 7 if im feeling good) 75 mpw and 15:51
7:50-8:00 50mpw 16:21
5:15 - 5:45, 5k PR: 12:55
as fast as i can without feeling the SLIGHTEST bit of having to push myself or the SLIGHTEST exertion.
usually 8:00+ pace. 50-70mpw
14:50 for 3 miles (havent run a 5k in a while)
6:25-6:45 pace (albeit on a very hilly course usually). 14:45 5k.
Definitely by feel, but usually works out to 8:15-8:45 for recovery. ("easy" is a bit faster).
60 mpw, and 16:50 PR
Usually 7:10-7:30. Not sure my 5km PR, but came through 3 mile in 15:34 in my last 6km xc race.
probably at least 7:30 and above up to 9:00 pace but to be honest i have no idea because i leave the watch at home on recovery days.
7:30 - 8:00, +/- 75 mpw, 26:15 8k.

7:00 - 7:30, 60-70 mpw, 15:42 (only run it once, I'm a mid-distance runner).
Normal days are anywhere from 6:15-6:45
8:30-9:00 pace. 100-110 miles week. 25:35 8k.
Notice he said "recovery" runs. There's a big difference in easy runs, and recovery runs.
8:30-9:30 and 19:19 0 mpw but soccer everyday
16:30s for 5k, 80mpw, recovery runs probably 8:00-9:00 pace, easy days probably more7:30-8:30pace on average, I'm also at 6000ft altitude and only been here a few months
Recovery is 7:00-7:30 pace (Easy days usually 6:00-6:30)

averages around 7-7:30, usually go out real slow (9min) and progress to mid 6. (at altitude).

usually somewhere between 7:00-8:00 pace is about right. 95 mpw. 14:18 5k.
8:30 pace. 80-90mpw, 15:11 (cross country).
