145lbs for a HS DR is pretty big. Most are 135 or less.

More evidence running is the new NFL.
Caught with a knife a first? What about Cabada pulling a knife a few years back at a post-race party?

I pulled a butter knife on a piece of toast once. I didn't spread it with REAL butter though, just that fake synthetic omega 3 infused shit. I was just trying to look bad ass in front of my girl.

This reminds me of Jake Maas from South Dakota. He was state champ in XC, 1600 (4:20ish), and 800 for as least his senior year (can't remember if there were earlier titles) in the mid-1990s. I think he was All-State in Football (QB), basketball, and baseball. I remember he would go out and dominate a XC race on Friday afternoon and then be starting QB in on Friday night. Smart kid too. He ended up at Stanford and then a stint with the Farm Team after that.
Ikr! How do they do it all? There was a kid from our rival school who was valedictorian, starting kicker for football on the state runner up team. Placed top 10 in xc states twice, ran 4:14 as a junior and medaled at states for track twice, started for varsity basketball, and was the high school heisman.
Had no life outside of sports and school so haha! I got the lounging around award over him!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
