hey everybody, i have a dilima.
so i have been out of running for about a month and yesterday was my first run. i did it easy, about 4 miles around 7:00 pace, i took today off and im running 5 miles tomorrow, and running everyother day. i have kept myself in great shape but biking,poolrunning &ellipticalling(for a week) and have done 1 quality sessiona week, as well as 1 long session a week, lasting 2+hours. Im a senior girl and have run 18:09 for 5k, 11:08 for 2 miles and yes. i was in great shape before the injury. im racing on saturday and would like some advice on what to do, so please please help me. thankss!
