I live in California so it gets pretty hot, 90s, 100+. However I always avoid running around the midday because of this. Today I woke up late and went for a run at 10 in around 80-85 degrees and it was painful. It wasn't even a long run and I was sweating buckets and wanting for it to stop... the sun was very bright and beating down on me. But anyway I hear on here how people run in 100+ degrees... so I guess I'm one of the biggest wimps here when it comes to hot weather running.
