I had a good week mileage-wise, but felt like garbage for the majority of the week. With 3 hard sessions last week (including a 5k), I figured I would just get the mileage in at whatever pace felt comfortable...not pushing anything this week. My left hamstring and calf have been tight all week, which has also lead to my left arch becoming stiff...if I'm not careful it will turn into PF. But not to worry, I've dealt with this many times before and know exactly how to knock it out before it becomes an issue.
