I may have this..previously suffered from bad PF and was too stupid to take enough time off. I can only run on a treadmill but not outdoors due to higher impact. My foot seems too weak to push off a hard surface. May be another pain from PF for all I know.
Does any of this sound like a familiar result of an arch strain or something else? And is the elliptical/biking OK for recovery? Should I be taping my arch to support it or doing PT exercises to strengthen it? What should I wear while walking around during the day?
I'm planning on taking the rest of December off from running. My foot doc. appt. isn't until the 21st of the month, so I'm kind of playing a guessing game here.
