"Landis seems like such a whiny loser, when caught as a --> drug user <-- seems instead of owning up to it, wants to shove the blame on everyone else. Did they tie you up and force drugs into you?
NO!! YOU TOOK DRUGS ON YOUR OWN - LOSER.
I am glad they stripped your title, you brought SHAME to the US for being a doper. So good luck with the 'clearing of your lying conscience". I wouldn't believe a word out of your lying mouth. And if a house were burning to the ground and you yelled fire I would question what was in it for you. You are a CHEATER AND A LIAR! LANCE ARMSTRONG IS AND WILL always be BETTER, STRONGER, FASTER, and NOT now or ever a liar."
-GAY. very GAY. in addition, it is time to wake up and step out from behind your cloud of naivete. this has been going on for a really, really long time.
Armstrong responds:
Eventually you find out that Santa Claus isn't real.
Eventually Armstrong will come clean and admit that he isn't a freak, just a better science experiment than everyone else.
Will this change the world we reside in that cycling was dirty, a multiple-time champion was dirty . . . NO. Life will go on and armstrong will have made his money. He did do some amazing things with his fame, especially for cancer.

A couple of things puzzle me about Landis.
He apparently put on a steroid patch right in the middle of the Tour De France. They test constantly, especially the contendors. How did he figure to pass the test?
I know he had a system that allowed him to pass other tests. Did he just roll the dice this time and reach for the "I drank a bunch of liquor in the middle of this race that I won" excuse?
Studying how they ever fail is interesting to me given the fact that they pass tests all the time even though they are using.
Act of desperation. If you recall, he was down almost 10 minutes after being the leader. He needed a miracle ride on the final mountain stage. I'm sure when you're that close to victory and you've been dreaming about this for so long, you'd be willing to roll the dice.

Hey Armstrong is a BADASS, no doubt. But he's also a filthy liar. Being a physical badass, the best of the clean while clean and the best of all dirty while dirty doesn't excuse the deceipt he uses to make money in front of every one. Look we know they all are, and we know he probably couldn't win or would be less likely to if he didn't get his cheating regimine down pat, but it doesn't change the fact that he is a liar and a cheat and making money off of those kids who believe in him.
Maybe a lot of his aggression has been the piled up guilt and denial he has to deal with every day. How he can take all that and still beat cancer is fuggin amazing, but morally not acceptable.
Steroids caused his ball to drop off. All that shit he took did him in. Armstrong frequently has growths that pop out of his body too. He'll be dead soon like Lyle Alzado.

Landis is a classless clown. His comments show that he has no respect for the sport, what a douchebag. He tries to blame others for his problems and it took him what 3 years to come up with this crock of crap. This loser is the Jose Canseco of cycling, just looking for publicity and cash any way he can get.
Jose Canseco is the most creditable person about steroids in baseball. They tried to discredit him by denouncing his motives. His motives were undoubtedly not pure but he told the truth.
Landis apparently did not want the emails to be made public. Latest from Science of Sport: http://tinyurl.com/2baowxpFrom Neil Browne at Versus, Armstrong threatened a Landis supporter:

There is way too much hero worship going on here.
Maybe some of you got suckered in and wore that "Livestrong" bracelet, and that is OK, but face the facts - Lance is a doper.
About 6 - 8 years ago, there was an interview with Lance's team mechanic on a local sports radio show, when asked about Lance and drugs the guy said "I want to believe that he is clean". That pretty much told me all that I needed to hear.
This guy is right. Armstrong is one of the best cyclists to ever ride a bike, but he's also dirty and a liar. I'm a fan of his, watched all his tour wins, read his book. But I also followed the sport for a while, and what it comes down to is this: He destroyed dudes that were some of the best athletes in the world, the majority of whom failed one or more tests for PEDS. If you go through the GC lists of all the tours he won it is mind boggling how few people never tested positive, and he whupped those guys. As a few others have pointed out, it's incredibly remote that the guy rode clean. There are literally a dozen guys on his own f'n team that were busted. The one he was captain of. Over several years. A positive test would reveal nothing that this doesn't. Case f'n closed.Anyway - once you get over the shock and revelation of it all, the guys that get popped down the line - R. Palmiero, R. Clemens, J. Gatlin, and on, and on.. - guys you wouldn't have thought in a million years, it all just becomes clear. They are fantastic athletes, but they also cheat. Anyone look at Tiger of the last couple years? I mean all of this at a point, it just becomes plain as day. The NFL, it's great, but I mean if there are any disbelievers at this point - get serious. Armstrong kind of bugs me because he wielded lawsuits and character destruction on the guys that spoke up. Clemens used the same defense strategy. That for me was bush-league, un-champion like, un-myth/legend like. Lastly, my boy Average_Joe is a badass that can smoke 99% of the fools here over 26.2, so you all can suck it, but you're wrong on this one Joe. It really is the Santa Claus analogy. And I know I'm being a dick, but I was there once so I understand.

Lance is not an idiot, but we all wanted to believe in Marion, Bonds, McGuire and on and on. Dear god, his close relationship with absolute drug scoundral Ferarri says it all.
Like I said, he's not an idiot. If he was clean he wouldn't have anything to do with a guy that dirty. Why the fudge would you risk it if you didn't need to? Simply, he needed to. Ferarri was his man.
Nothing new: EPO, Testosterone, growth hormones and blood transfusions. That's the usual cocktail. Ullrich, Kloeden, Wino, etc. I'm sure LA was right in there. Not sure if he still is though....

Very good point.
Lance said the following in a response to Landis's allegations (quoted from SI.com):
"I'd remind everybody that this is a man that's been under oath several times and had a very different version," Armstrong said. "This is a man that wrote a book for profit that had a completely different version. This is somebody that took, some would say, close to $1 million from innocent people for his defense under a different premise. Now when it's all run out the story changes."
There is another, perhaps more plausible interpretation: Floyd lied under oath, raised money, etc. because he had so very much to lose. Now that the money has run out, his attempts to reverse a positive drug test/guilt over, he tells the truth. Lance, I think your reasoning is correct, but your conclusions faulty.
JC!....I wrote those emails and you can't prove different! They were a fraud and you guys fell for it!

Maybe I'm just missing something obvious, but why is a digestible form delivered in a syringe?
