Hey everyone, I need help. I just got a stupid stress fracture on my lower leg for being a big dumbass and rushing into a high milage program. PRs are 1553 5k and 411 1500m. I know this worked wonders on josh spiker, but has anybody else here used them and seen positive results during injury. ANd are there any workouts that you would reccomend.
