my gole is 1 30 00 for 25k.I did 23-24 miles a weekago sunday. Then 11 monday tusday 11 wednesday 16x 1/4 69-73 avg 72 high one min jog rec then 2 fat 220s.Then 7 -8miles that night .Thursday 11miles.Friday 11-12miles .Saturday 9-10 with 34 x 80 meter hill stride ups and down at 85% then 7-8 miles pm .Sunday 28x 220 on a dirt path 35-33 20 to 30 rec jog.I did easy 11 today.Also not i will do a 2 mile tempo wednesday.2 weekago i hit 100 miles.I have also been doing 8 1/2s 233 to 235 130 rec and tempo runs the other weeks.Can i pullthis off.
