haven't raced a mile in over 2 years but ran a 4:26 the other day at the end of a 4xmile workout. All the other 3 were in the low 4:50's. Lookin to get into decent track shape this year and go sub 14:40. They were off 1:15 recovery.
5:24.9, last year, age 51.
5:00.2, %^%&**&*!
I am 42
5:32 first mile split during a local 5k a few months back. Nearly passed out at the end. I am so out of shape, but made it my New Year's resolution to get back in shape. Been doing a decent job thus far. Oh, and I am 27.
4:20.1, age 44 years old.
5:45 at the end of a 4 mile progression run: 630, 615, 600, 545 on a treadmill. I was 49 at the time. (56.5 400 meters)
21, 4:45 at the end of a 5Xmile workout.
Late June 09 - 4:02 1500m I'm 22.

I think age graded you win so far. Geez, I haven't run anything faster than 6 in years- anything sub 7 is cranking for me. I'm 48.
I haven't run an all out mile in several years, but did run a 9:48 2-mile in October so I'll say 4:56 :) 30 years old.
5:16, 49 years old, in a time trial 2 months ago. 5k a week ago equates to a 5:05 though. Just going out there, having fun (I love to run fast), and trying to get a little faster and more fit every day.

6:29, but I haven't been racing any miles. I've been mostly running slow runs lately and weight lifting, but I could probably manage a meager 5:50 or so if I tried. I'm 43 and actually decently fit right now (not as fat as I was a few months ago).

Hey, at 39, I was coming off long term injury and remember running 5:45 1st mile in a 10K, realizing that was my fastest mile in more than a year, and dying after that. The next year at 40, ran 4:38.9 with 7 or 8 weeks of focused training for the mile.
