I'm currently in grade 11 and I'm looking for a good 1500m training schedule for this track season, I'm aiming for a time of about 4:05ish. Ideally I'd want to peak for competition in May/June. I currently run around 4:30ish and if at all possible would like to incorporate weight training into my training. If anyone has a good training schedule or know of one or simply has tips for training i'd love to know
