he's already run 4:04y and 3:56y downhill at age 16 or 17, and many of us saw the workout video where he was clicking off 56/58s, so it's clear that he's going to be able to run a lot faster before he's done. So, my bet is that on the American level, he'll do well in kicker's races, but on the world level, he, like all other Americans not named Lagat, will struggle to kick with the best. As for his form, you all fail to take seriously just how much input the parents can have from an early age when they know what they are doing and put it into practice. His parents, with their athletics background, will have been doing plyos and form drills with him from an early age and that has its effects. You cannot look at someone's performance, even late in high school, and say that's just nature. Even the Wheatings of the world have had untold amounts of training from the activities their parents gave them from early on, whether they let them walk and run instead of keeping them in a stroller when they were toddlers, to the sports they got to do prior to high school.
