Back in my hey day when I ran xc and track, I barely ever jizzed in my pants at night. Now, I barely run; I only run about twice a week. Since I've cut back on the running, I've been having cream dreams 3-4 times a week during some weeks. How many miles do I have to run in a week so that I can go back to not waking up with jiz all over my pants again? I would like the minimum number; I don't really want to run high mileage anymore if I'm not racing.
