So I need some new running gloves b/c my old ones are kinda worn out and not good enough anymore for the really cold weather such as -8 -> -20 Celsius weather. Also gotta be good with windy conditions.
What are the best running gloves?
Thanx!

Nike has some new running gloves that are gloves and have a mitten on them. When you want to use the gloves, the mitten top folds back and tucks into itself.

Just finished a long run in 10degree weather in them.

Why would you spend 25 bucks on gloves from nike, when you can get the hansons for 2.50 and you are supporting hansons. I dont think nike needs your money...
I had a pair of asics gloves that were neoprene dri fit shit and by the thumb it was some really soft fabric so you could wipe your nose on it.
Find those and buy them
use old socks on you're hands. if it is really cold, two pairs. nice and soft and you can wipe your snot on them.

Agreed. This solution is both bluest-collar AND keeps it thoroughly real.
My current favorite.
Thanx guys. As to why I would spend more than $2.50? Because I already have cheap thin gloves and they aren't warm enough once Cross Country season ends.
I love the Manzella hatchback gloves... very warm, can come with a high-viz color so it is easier to be seen, and are very comfortable. Glove is even warm enough for cycling in sub-zero weather do to the windproof "mitten" cover.
get the black nike lightweight gloves at runningwarehouse.com $13, well worth it

Or you could just try the new Pearl Izumi Shine Wind Mitt...same thing but way better and more visible :-)

I go for top with long sleeves that will stretch over you hands. When you warm up then you are not stuck with crap to carry round
Those gloves are $40. That means I could buy 16 pairs of the Hanson gloves for that price.
I can't remember where I got them, but I found a great set on sale for only $149 last winter. They're very warm, but they're cheap enough so you can just toss them in a curbside garbage can/dumpster when your hands warm up.
The nice thing about the Hansons gloves is that if you're in college and a messy guy who loses gloves from time to time, it's not a big deal because you can stock up on a couple pairs. Also, you could use them in longer races like a 20K and up when it's cold and then easily ditch them mid-race.
My Hansons gloves are warmer than my $30 Nike Dri-shit gloves. They are awesome. My Dad gets me a new pair every year. But I tell him that they never wear out, so I have 5 pairs.
Falke and Manzella are sleek, stylish, and warm.
+1. My dad steals Hanson gloves from work and gives them to me. They are very good.
