I couldn't care less if they lit each other on fire and shat into each other's mouths, we're talking about women's college soccer which is probably barely above head-injury blackjack as far as interesting competitions go.

yeah everyone knows that female sports are like a funeral...only attended by close friends and family and everyone can't wait for it to be over.

I agree. Nothing like cross country at all. That's where people want to be.
The BYU girl definitely had it coming, but the UNM girl's reactions were over the top. I hate it when people pull shit like that -- the elbow to the chest and the shorts wedgie go against the spirit of the game. I would have given yellow cards for both if I'd been watching. So I understand why the UNM girl got frustrated, but something else was probably going on in her life that pushed her over the edge.
If it was a men's sport there would have been a brawl. Where the hell were the BYU players after the chick was lying on the ground after the ponytail tug? No retaliation whatsoever.
i kinda agree with the last poster. that #15 biatch was very dirty, and someone can get her. since the refs didn't control things, someone on byu needed to go after her or a NM forward in retaliation.
We talked with our coach who watched the whole match. 15 is a 'goon' and not particularly a good player. She was not reacting to provocation she was out doing what she does but must have gotten caught up in it more than normal. More and more women's college games are now on cable channels, so bad behavior will be detected after the fact as well as during the game. Also, the officials might start to worry about looking foolish, as this crew did.
Looks like she has quite a past:

I wish all womens sports were as interesting as this.
Those BYU punks pulling the little dirty stuff had it coming to them. They're supposed to be all pure and good sports and they bring that cheap game? I would have punched them too.

Yeah, well you're an idiot. How do people condone this kind of behavior?
I suppose they'll take a chapter out of University of Oregon's books and reinstate her soon enough.

Are you kidding that Lambert chica is hot. I might just move to NM to meet her. The BYU girl is a wuss who got what was coming.
Shouldn't it be:
Deer University of New Mexico.........
How the heck did the coach let her keep playing after the first incident?! This is the coaches fault. They should have realized that this girl was going to continue to be aggressive and pulled her.
Good luck to her trying to find a job. In this day and age, the first thing any employer will do is Google her name and find these videos! This will haunt her forever.
This girl scares me. I love soccer and I'm OK with showing emotion on the field, but this is something else. This is assault and could have resulted in serious injury.
I played in a co-ed league for one season and stopped because of how rough and hyper-aggressive some players were, especially girls. Complete bullies, with no sportsmanship whatsoever.
I saw 3 easy red cards in the clips. NCAA refereeing is known to be pathetic. That leg whip could have snapped the BYU girl's leg. Part of this is jealousy toward BYU and its athletes who are happy and good looking, and always seem to do well in sports.

WRONG !!! She 's been approached by MTV about doing a reality show with Sgt. Drew Petersen, Lorena Bobbit, and Mike Tyson.
So, anybody here attend New Mexico? I bet she's crazy in the sack. We want stories...true stories if at all possible, but entirely made-up Penthouse Forum like stories will suffice.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
