Not that theres anything wrong with that. Dick.
We're here. We're queer. Get used to it!
im surprised by good ole lee's effort. its nice to see that this buckero is back into business. as long as he keeps drinking his orange juice and eating that tomato soup i believe he will beable to stay heathly this season. best wishes to my teammate lee.
what are you talking about?
i cant believe that you hazing. seriously lee had a good run and theres no reason for you to be insulting geneseo. they will have no problem getting at least 4 people in the mile-5k. stupid sidewinder has to be from SUNYIT or one of those awesome schools. cya at a jingle bell run!
hey... i once spent 2000 dollars on quality dave matthews band tickets. so i don't see the issue dropping some chump change 400$ to see little mikey in action. props to you for following your favorite band. i believe that listening to this quality music can help prevent injuries. if all the runners in our region just listen to some of this quality auditory injury-prevention then our regionals would be that much more competative each year. happy hannukah!!! it starts tonight
hey... just you wait.. there is no doubt in my mind that my school will beable to compete for a top 11 spot in next year's regionals. we have an awesome recruiting class coming in just you wait! happy hannukah breathern.
you know what prevents injuries? PURPLE DRANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That shit is awsome!!!
It has been scientifically proven in a Stanford study.
yeah.. theres no reason for there to be any hazing going on lee. he had a decent run at 14:30. im surprised he didn't go faster but maybe thats just me... i think he should invest in some more aggresive shoes. because when i was watching him at regionals he was sliding off a little bit and it caused him low energy efficency. as all good runners know, its all in the spike plate.
let me guess you must be from SUNY Plattsburgh. i heard that texas tea is getting rough up in there.
p.s. how is the wolf pack?
Lee also has a good look'n dick.
Yah to suck on
Ramsey: 4:17 mile at SLU yesterday.

a wise man once sang in a gnarly, raspy voice that sounded as if he was screaming, but trying to be quiet too... "look at this photograph, everytime i do it makes me laugh"
that is inspirational music. and of course Scott Stapp and Creed.

I think that's Nickelback
Hey, gang.
I was spending too much time on LRC, so took a couple months off and will only check in/lurk once a month from now on--unless I can't stick to that, in which case I'll just chuck LRC permanently.
Anyway, I'm impressed that this thread has had 1600+ posts--don't think I ever had a 1000+ thread before--but still think it's time for someone to just start an AR (or NY) track thread, rather than keeping this going.
Anyway, props (overall) to the AR teams for their performances at Nationals. Extra kudos (naturally) to the NYU guys, getting to the podium without one of their top five finishing; and I'd be very surprised if the NYU women didn't make a big move up next year (everybody back, plus some good recruits, I'm sure).
Enjoy January. Stay warm.
