i think this has been a big failing of the kenyans - you can have the best cardiovascular system on the planet, but you need to allay it to some significant muscle
they need weight-training coaches
Not a great prediction here, ventolin, as you recently characterized kiprop as still lacking the muscle needed for a quick 800m.
