I was just wondering what I should be doing in terms of my training over the summer. I am a 4:27 miler and 9:49 two miler. Both these times are at altitude(5280 ft). I do not really know how many miles I should put in or what kind of training to do. I am going to be a junior and I should have a very good chance at winning state. My coach does not have me do a lot of mileage which I know hurts me over the course of the year, I have only done 55mi. I would like to get up to 65mi over the summer. Any help is helpful, please respond.
