I have got an 800m coming but would like to know what sort of shape i am in, so i know how fast to go off.
Been Running 50 - 60 mpw over the winter.

3 x 300m (1:30 Recovery) in 42, 43, 43

5 x 200m (1:15 Recovery) in 28, 28, 28, 28, 27
Session 2:
2 x 5 x 300m (1:30 Recovery/8 Minutes) in 42, 43, 42, 44, 44 | 44, 44, 44, 44, 43
Session 3: 3 x 4 x 200m (90 Secs/4Mins) in 27, 28, 28, 27 | 28, 27, 28, 27 |28, 27, 27, 26
