I am a fairly decent runner...I ran collegiately and have been running since graduating. I feel as though I have not reached my full capabilites...one of those being sub 15 in the 5k. And I won't stop until I reach my goal. I'm not really sure what my PR is I ran in the 15:50s off barely any training a year ago and 2 years ago I ran 16:05 in the mud which I guess converted would be 15:40? The week leading up to that race I did 5xMile with 3:30 rest in 5:09,5:00,4:53,4:42,4:37 so I'm not sure.
