I have recently came back from warm weather training (where i was mentally strong). I find that I am in awesome shape, probaly the best shape I have been in physically.
However, I just have no motivation during sessions or races to run hard! I have no 'guts' at the moment. As soon as a session or a race requires pushing the pace a bit and requires a bit of pain, I have all negative thoughts and just want to quit.
Anyone else experienced this?
Any tips on how to get my mind back on track and mentally tough once again?
